All participants and authors abide by the [Terms and Conditions] as per the organizations guidelines.
Except as expressly provided under the applicable Refund Policy, Conference registration fees are non-refundable. If a participant cancels their registration, fails to attend the Conference for any reason, or is unable to participate due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa refusal, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason beyond the Organizer's control, no refund, reimbursement, or credit shall be payable.
Participants are encouraged to review the applicable Registration and Refund Policy before completing their registration.
All rights relating to the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of this policy are reserved by G R Scholastic LLP, acting through its GR Conferences brand.
All Conference registration fees are payable in Indian Rupee (INR) unless otherwise specified by the Organizer. Registration will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
Payments may be made using Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards through the official online payment system available on the Conference website. For security reasons, credit or debit card details must not be submitted by email or any other unsecured communication channel.
The Organizer reserves the right to accept or introduce additional payment methods at its discretion.
Registration Confirmation : All registrations must be completed, paid in full, and confirmed by the applicable registration deadline. The Organizer reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration that remains unpaid after the applicable deadline.
Amendments to the Terms & Conditions :G R Scholastic LLP reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, operational needs, or Conference policies. Any revised Terms & Conditions shall become effective upon publication on the official Conference website.
Compliance with Conference Policies : All authors, participants, speakers, reviewers, sponsors, exhibitors, and other Conference stakeholders are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Conference policies issued by the Organizer.
All authors, participants, speakers, reviewers, sponsors, exhibitors, committee members, and other Conference stakeholders shall comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies, guidelines, and instructions issued by the Organizer. Failure to comply may result in appropriate action, including suspension or cancellation of participation, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Organizer under applicable law.
Photography, Filming and Registered Office : Photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place during ICT4SD 2027. By attending the Conference, you consent to the capture and use of your name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, and video recordings by G R Scholastic LLP for Conference-related publications, promotional materials, marketing, educational purposes, social media, and other lawful communications, in both print and digital formats, without further notice or additional compensation.

G R Scholastic LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership duly incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (Government of India). All legal, contractual, financial, and administrative matters relating toICT4SD2027 shall be administered by G R Scholastic LLP and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By attending the Conference, you grant the Organizer the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use photographs and video recordings in which you appear for legitimate Conference-related purposes. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive any claim arising solely from such authorized use of your image or likeness by the Organizer.
The Organizer does not represent or guarantee that any submitted or accepted paper will be published by any specific publisher, journal, conference proceedings, or publication platform. Publication is subject to the independent editorial policies, peer-review process, quality standards, and acceptance criteria of the respective publisher or publication partner.
Similarly, the Organizer does not represent or guarantee that any paper will be indexed in any particular abstracting or indexing database. Indexing decisions are made independently by the respective indexing organizations in accordance with their own evaluation policies and criteria.
